Travis Bickling is a lonely, sleep-deprived cab driver crawling through the greasy streets of 1970s New York City. Disgusted by the filth and corruption he sees through his windshield every night, he begins a slow descent into obsession, fuelled entirely by diner coffee and late-night pizza slices.
